I'm Aleta R. Allen
I am a passionate Christian professional and leader with a degree in Theology and Church Growth. I am devoted to empowering individuals and faith communities through spiritual development, practical outreach, and transformative leadership.
As the founder and senior pastor of an outreach ministry, I have led impactful church assessments and training programs in Church Growth and Administration, equipping churches to thrive and expand their mission. My commitment to discipleship reflects my belief in living victoriously and guiding others to overcome spiritual battles with unwavering faith and resilience.
I was the founder of the Spirit of the Eagle Foundation, a non-profit organization that had touched the lives of over 3 million people over the past two decades. Our foundation had provided vital resources—such as food, clothing, and hope—to at-risk populations. Partnering with esteemed organizations like the Children’s Hunger Fund, Feed the Children, Convoy of Hope, and Jordan Outreach Ministries, we’ve transformed countless lives through compassion and service.
One of my most meaningful initiatives is workforce development for ex-offenders, empowering individuals to reintegrate into society and rise above challenges related to incarceration, addiction, and recovery.
In addition to community outreach, I am a published author of two inspiring books: “The Keys to Knowing God within Genesis” and “Come Sit With Me Awhile”, both available on Amazon. I have had the privilege of serving as a guest preacher at churches and revivals across the United States, sharing God’s powerful message of restoration and grace.
As an active member of Daybreak Christian Fellowship in Las Vegas, Nevada, and an honorary board member of the Armed Forces Chamber of Commerce’s Community Development Corporation, I am committed to making a positive impact through collaboration and service.
I’ve also contributed my expertise to churches seeking to enhance their media development, administrative systems, and organizational policies.
I am the proud founder of Ascribesmith.com, a platform designed to help emerging writers publish their work and share their voices with the world. Additionally, I serve as a L.I.F.E. (Living in Faith Everyday) coach, leveraging decades of experience to empower individuals to live victoriously and navigate life’s spiritual challenges with faith and resilience.
